| Refer to section on adjusting the screen to adjust the location and shape of the display. Adjust the video card's resolution or frequency. (Refer to table of supported modes). Occasionally, the screen position can change due to changes in the interval of the video card signal. Please press "+" to adjust the screen. |

| Check whether the computer and the video card's resolution and frequency are set to a level that can be handled by the monitor, and refer to the monitor's table of resolutions and frequencies supported (page 16) to readjust the settings. Screen is too bright/dark. Try adjusting the screen's brightness or contrast. |

| PC and NetPC Station dynamic IP is automatically allocated by the router (or hub) and the user does not need to set this manually. From the settings window, select "dynamic IP" then install. |
|
|
| 15 |
|
| PC and NetPC Station fixed IP must be set for each NetPC Station using the router (or hub). (For each unique IP, inquire your network administrator.) Select "Fixed IP" in the screen below and install. |

|
| Currently, NetPC Station IP settings has been set to automatic IP. Click the "Option" or "Setup" button to open the settings screen and check whether "Set Dynamic IP address" is selected. To use this option, the IP sharing device (or router) must have DHCP server function and the DHCP server function must be enabled. When there is no sharing device, in a network, there must be a server PC that allocated DHCP address. If 1:1 with PC or hub was used to form the network, this option cannot be used. If this is the case, select "Use Static IP address" and enter an appropriate IP address. If using IP sharing device, check and see if DHCP function has been enabled and check if IP sharing devices power is on. Also check and see if LAN cable is connected properly. |

| "Host unreachable" is a message that appears when there is not PC to connect to on the network. Check to see if the PC is on and if the PC is on, check the PC's IP address and verify that the IP address in the NetPC Station Terminal server IP address is the same as the PC's IP. PC's IP address can be obtained using ipconfig.exe in the command prompt. Check to see if the LAN cable is connected properly and if using hub or IP sharing device, check to see if the hub or the IP sharing device is on. |

| Can happen when the LAN cable disconnect while you are using the monitor, or an error occurs in the hub or IP sharing device. This occurs because the security for the communication with the PC is canceled and it can no longer receive data. However, NetPC Station controller continues to operate the mouse so, it may look like the monitor is working. In addition, when the power being transmitted to the network equipment is unstable or other reasons cause the connection to be dropped temporarily, data transmission will be interrupted, causing this type of situation. In this case, use the NetPC Station power button to reset, then reconnect. Use the same user ID to login to the previous session. First, check to make sure the LAN cable is connected properly, then check if the hub or IP sharing device is working properly, and check if enough power is being supplied to the network equipment. For a problem like this, you may want to use UPS (uninterrupted power supply) device to stabilize the power supply. |

| Currently, our product provides optimal performance with 100M LAN cards and using hub (or IP sharing device). If 10M LAN card or older dummy hub is used, the PC may not be able to communicate at high speeds with multiple NetPC Station units, or due to the reduction in network performance from using half duplex method, network efficiency will drop and system performance will decrease. |

| Currently, only 2D games are supported. In addition, online casual games (Java/Flash) are supported. Games not supported are high performance 3D games that require high speed GPU and hardware accelerators. Also CD games that checks for IP and only allows it to be played on one PC cannot be supported by NetPC Station. |

| Currently, our product is not the same as a PC which has powerful graphic processors and memory, therefore, we do not have such restrictions. Expanding the size of the video file to full screen involves the continuous receipt of screen from the host PC. This requires much CPU and memory usage and can decrease performance of other users systems. We recommend that you use the small screen to play video files. Our product is optimized for office environment and its CPU resources have been focused to offer optimized sharing of internet searching, word processing, spreadsheet application. |

| Microsoft often releases patches for various bugs and the users apply these patches through Windows Update function without considering the appropriateness of such updates. In certain cases, an upgrade from Microsoft may influence the existing NetPC Station driver and cause it to not work. Unless there is a strong need to do so, we do not recommend that you run the Windows Update each time. When such conflicts with Windows Updates occur, we will work as quickly as we can to make the updated version available on the FTP. However, certain changes require more time to fix. In such cases, we recommend that you temporarily suspend Windows Update and wait for a new version release from our company. |

| There are various ways. CPU with HT (hyper threading) provides many benefits and large volume memory and fast rpm hard disk also helps. In addition, you may want to install additional LAN cards if multiple connections are made to a host PC through a switching hub (or switch), and distribute appropriate number of station connections per LAN card. However, more important than anything, you should avoid using applications such as graphic editors and video editors that require a lot of memory because use of such application will lower the performance at all stations. This technology does not allow 1 Pentium 4 computer to be used like multiple Pentium 4 computers, but allows that computer to be used as 5 Celeron PCs. However, if small number of users uses this system, it may perform like 3 Pentium 3 computers, and therefore appropriate distribution of PC's computing power is necessary. However, if later on, the host PC is replaced with a new, faster PC, or an additional PC is added, the NetPC Station systems' performance will increase. |
